It is essential that the House declare an impeachment investigation before Donald Trump and Mike Pompeo start a war with Iran.

Any war with Iran would be hugely stupid, but the public will jump on the bandwagon and rally to the president, no matter how stupid and pretextual the excuse for war is, and then it will be politically impossible to impeach Trump.
