I am really not good at this part, as is obvious, since I haven’t mentioned it before.

What is “sangha”? If you take refuge as a Buddhist, the act of formally becoming a Buddhist — check for a center near you, they likely have some ceremony —you will take refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.
