Give up Grievances

Give up your grievances. All of them. No matter how valid.

From the Buddhist perspective, what happens to you is your karma, so you earned it.

That is not to say that you should not help anyone who clearly needs your help, if you really can help. Compassion does not quibble about people’s karma.

Grievances are also usually tied very closely to our egos. It is hard to hold onto grievances if you genuinely understand not self.
